What awaits you • You accompany patients and their relatives in a challenging phase of life with professional competence, empathy, and respect • After individual and structured induction, you will take over the independent care of your patients step by step • You work closely with an experienced interprofessional team and actively contribute your observations and expertise to the care • You continuously develop your professional competencies and deepen your knowledge in dealing with complex clinical pictures, diverse medical technology, and demanding nursing situations • You support trainees and interns and contribute to sharing knowledge and learning from each other together ?
