QUALITY and CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Your role

In our professions, precision leaves no room for chance. You ensure the reliability of our measuring equipment and guarantee the dimensional compliance of our components, in close collaboration with Production and Methods.

Do you master GMM, receiving inspection, and ISO drawing reading?

And in addition to that, are you able to do programming on dimensional control machines (type keyence)?

Your responsibilities

• Maintain the GMM (Gestion des Moyens de Mesure / Management of Measuring Equipment) up to date.
• Perform dimensional controls.
• Provide support for metrology.
• Be the quality respondent for control means in production.
• Follow the deployment strategy of control means in connection with production and methods.
• Perform capability studies of the control means.
• Develop control sequences (instruction reports): critical analysis of drawing dimensions, choice of control means, definition of methods.
• Conduct and participate in internal and external audits.
• Create and update quality procedures.
• Identify deviations and initiate the corresponding non-conformity procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards in the watchmaking sector.

Your profile

• Diploma in Quality Management or in quality-oriented production management.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar function in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or microtechnology.
• Good mastery of ISO drawing reading.
• Confirmed experience in GMM and receiving inspection.
• Good programming skills on dimensional control machines, Keyence an asset.
• Rigor, analytical spirit, and methodical approach.
• Ease on the field and practical sense.
• Autonomy and organization.
• Ability to evolve in a demanding environment, oriented towards precision and excellence.
