Our client is an established company in the technology sector revolving around security technology and locking systems with a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation. To strengthen the service team in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a technically skilled personality with a hands-on mentality.

Your tasks

• Installing and adjusting mechanical and electronic locking solutions
• Carrying out commissioning and functional checks during customer assignments
• Locating and rectifying faults in locking systems and security devices
• Advising and supporting our customers on-site or by telephone
• Recording all service assignments directly digitally via tablet or smartphone

Your profile

• Training as an electrical installer or corresponding professional experience
• Practical experience in installation, service, or maintenance of technical systems
• Service-oriented and reliable way of working with high commitment
• Friendly appearance and enjoyment of customer contact
• Driving license category B and residence in the Lucerne region
• German: proficient in style
