As an experienced leader with a passion for technology, you will take responsibility for our smart meter product portfolio and, together with your team, shape the next generation of our IoT solutions. In doing so, you will combine technological innovation with the highest quality standards and create sustainable added value for our customers. These are your tasks You position yourself as a technical contact person and promote knowledge transfer across company boundaries You lead the Technology and Quality Assurance team - a key role with great creative freedom and direct influence on the technological future of NeoVac (12 employees, including development, training and quality management) Evaluation and introduction of new Smart Meter products Collaboration on innovative IoT and smart metering solutions for the energy and water world of tomorrow (HVAC, electricity meters and e-charging stations) Maintenance and root cause analysis of existing products Technical interface to suppliers Technical “high-level support” for internal and external stakeholders Active co-design of our holistic IoT system architecture Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the areas of software development, data analytics as well as IT infrastructure Maintenance and further development of our quality management system (ISO ) This is what you bring with you Higher technical education (e.g. FH) in electrical engineering, computer science, energy technology or a comparable field Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing teams and inspiring people Experience in leading technical projects and interdisciplinary cooperation Enthusiasm for smart metering, IoT, digitalization and new technologies Analytical mindset as well as high solution orientation Strong communication and social skills Willingness to take responsibility and perseverance Language skills are an advantage (e.g. ösisch and/or English) What you can count on with us At NeoVac, we live a corporate culture with flat hierarchies, which enables fast and short decision-making paths.
