For a modern private clinic in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an engaged Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for a temporary assignment on an interdisciplinary surgical ward, starting immediately.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally on a surgical ward
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• High social competence as well as strong teamwork skills
• Resilience and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment

Tasks ##

• Professional care and support of patients from various surgical specialties
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the individual nursing process
• Monitoring the postoperative course as well as early recognition of changes
• Implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures according to current standards
• Professional preparation and accompaniment of admissions and discharges
• Cooperation with doctors as well as other interdisciplinary specialists
• Seamless and correct electronic nursing documentation
• Participation in patient-centered and high-quality care
