Paint Laboratory Technician Research & Development (m/f/d), 80-100%

What you will achieve with us:

• Development and optimization of innovative powder coating solutions
• Planning, execution and evaluation of technical tests and analyses
• Suitability testing of raw materials and auxiliary materials
• Dialogue with raw material suppliers
• Documentation and presentation of development and test results
• Troubleshooting in case of quality and process deviations
• Maintenance as well as support in the further development of the ERP system and in digitalization topics

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a paint laboratory technician or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the powder coating industry / industrial paint development
• IT affinity and interest in digitalization topics
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Process understanding and networked thinking
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
