• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnose mental disorders in the outpatient sector
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and monitor their efficacy and side effects
• Conduct psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Work together with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in psychiatric research and treatment modalities
• Adhere to Swiss health regulations and ethical standards in psychiatric practice

Qualifications
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated professional to strengthen our psychiatric team. The ideal candidate possesses:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Current specialist training in psychiatry
• Valid Swiss medical license (MEBEKO registration)
• Comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric illnesses and treatments
• Strong ability for detailed and individual patient care
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Fluent command of the German language; knowledge of the French language is an advantage
• Experience in psychiatric care (inpatient experience is an advantage)
• Understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and relevant legislation
