In order to strengthen its team, we are looking for a Construction Economist capable of accompanying projects from their design phase to their realization, with a strong sensitivity to economic and technical issues. Job Description ## Your main responsibilities are: \- Develop estimates and cost calculations at the different SIA phases. \- Prepare general estimates and descriptive tender documents. \- Prepare calls for tenders and analyze received submissions. \- Participate in negotiations with companies and suppliers. \- Ensure financial monitoring of projects and cost control. \- Establish offer comparisons and award recommendations. \- Collaborate closely with architects, site managers, and specialized mandatories. \- Contribute to the economic optimization of projects while guaranteeing the quality of realizations. The Successful Applicant ## Your profile: \- Training in the field of construction (ES technician, architect, engineer, construction economist or training deemed equivalent). \- Confirmed experience in Switzerland in a similar function. \- Good knowledge of SIA standards and the French-speaking Swiss construction market. \- Mastery of tendering processes and submissions. Proficiency with usual IT tools, notably Excel. \- Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
