To support our quality management team leadership, we are looking for you as a new employee quality management 80-100% (m/w/d). Employee Quality Management 80-100% (m/w/d) Your contribution to securing and further developing quality management (QM) You support the QM team leadership in planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous development of the QMS according to ISO 15189 / ISO 17025 and other standards. Together with the QM team leadership, you ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements and accompany the team leaders of all departments in the implementation of improvement measures in laboratory everyday life. You create statistics, support the QM team leadership in training new and existing employees as well as in document management in our Integrated Management System (IMS). The team leadership is happy about your support in planning, organizing and leading internal, laboratory-crossing and external audits. You bring the following to this exciting task Several years of professional experience in a medical laboratory or a comparable regulated environment. Experience in QM as well as knowledge of the requirements of ISO 15189 and/or ISO 17025 Experience in handling QM documentation and QM document management systems, ideally with IMS Premium.
