In your role as Field Service Technician (m/f/d) - Large Heat Pump, you will contribute significantly to driving sustainable energy solutions forward. With your expertise and technical skill, you will commission our heat pumps and undertake maintenance and troubleshooting.

Tasks

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance at end customers
• Service-oriented advice for our customers by telephone and on-site to ensure our customer satisfaction
• Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your assignment
• Taking over on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

Are you technically savvy, love working on heating solutions, and are characterized by high customer orientation and willingness to travel? As a service technician, you can apply these strengths meaningfully with us! Additionally, you are characterized by:

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology
• Professional experience in customer service, as a refrigeration system fitter / refrigeration mechatronics technician or as a heating installer with a proven refrigeration certificate
• Knowledge of the structure and function of heat pumps
• NIV 15 qualification desirable
• Valid driver's license class B
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
