Your tasks • Leading around 15 employees — the night shift in one of the Bread & Rolls departments • Supporting the coordination of the night shift operations • Deputy overall responsibility — in the absence of the Department Manager • Control and optimization — of the production processes for maximum efficiency • Responsible for ensuring quality and quantity and HACCP guidelines • Co-responsible for the precise compliance with recipes, the completion of products and for the provision and distribution within the company • Participation in cross-departmental projects — and further development of production • You work hand in hand with your team Your qualifications • Training as a Baker/Confectioner EFZ and professional experience in the production of a bakery • Leadership experience is an advantage • Fluent German skills • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for new ideas • You enjoy working at night (from 22.00/23.00) and thus ensure the punctual supply of our branches and customers with fresh baked goods Your benefits • Great independence, you actively contribute to the team • Short communication channels • Employee card with discounts on all WÜST offers • 13th month's salary • Night supplement & AGRZ • Sunday supplement • Health bonus Interested?
