Polymechanic Turner Shift Work

Our client is an internationally active company in the field of medical technology, acting as a globally recognized development and production partner for high-precision implants, instruments, and components. With several locations in Europe, Asia, and North America, the company combines many years of manufacturing expertise with state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality standards. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a committed individual as a CNC Polymechanic.

Your tasks

• Independent operation of CNC-controlled machining centers
• Visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured parts
• Optimization of existing programs and workflows
• Creation of tool lists and documentation of manufacturing processes
• Contribution and implementation of process improvements and innovations
• Working in shift operation

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a Polymechanic or Production Mechanic EFZ
• Experience in operating modern CNC machines
• Very good understanding of technical drawings
• Team-oriented, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High quality awareness as well as goal-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
• Readiness to work in shift operation
