Teamleader Restaurant & Bankett ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leading, coaching and developing your team • Operational responsibility for restaurant and banquet services • Active participation at the front • Ensuring a first-class guest experience in all outlets • Close cooperation with the management of gastronomy & events as well as internal interfaces • Responsibility for cash processes and administrative procedures • Carrying out orders and monthly inventory • Control and compliance with hygiene, safety and service standards • Supporting the further development of processes and internal processes • Various administrative tasks Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in gastronomy or hotel industry • Several years of professional experience, ideally 2-3 years, in a comparable function • Leadership experience and enjoyment of working with people • Good team and communication skills • Service-oriented, open and friendly personality • Ability to withstand pressure and flexibility also in intense service times • Good knowledge of inventory management and business organization • Driver's license category B • Very good German language skills in word and writing Opportunities & Perspectives You can expect a responsible leadership position in a modern gastronomy business with varied tasks, a motivated team, attractive employment conditions and company holidays over Christmas and New Year's.
