Real Estate Manager with independent portfolio 80% to 100%

Tasks

• Independent management of an existing portfolio with approximately 260 residential properties, as well as commercial properties
• Holistic management of rental relationships from leasing to ongoing management
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Organization and accompaniment of damage cases in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
• Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, caretakers, as well as external partners
• Execution of property viewings and regular property inspections
• Support in renovation, refurbishment, and conversion projects
• Ensuring professional, customer-oriented, and sustainable management of the real estate portfolio

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management is an advantage
• Further education in the real estate sector, ideally as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma, or the willingness to complete this further education
• Confident and professional appearance when dealing with tenants, owners, tradespeople, and other stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Resilient personality with assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and organizational skill
• Flexibility as well as entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Proficient handling of common MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with real estate management systems such as RIMO R5, AbaImmo, Garaio REM, W&W Immo Informatik, Immotop2 or comparable solutions is an advantage
• Excellent German skills and enjoyment of daily communication in Swiss German
• Driving license category B is an advantage
