Novada, a service of IG Arbeit, carries out various vocational measures on behalf of the referring agencies, which take place in the primary labor market. In doing so, Novada is oriented towards the methods of Supported Employment. Additionally, educational and course modules are offered for companies.

You lead your team with a holistic perspective and high leadership skills. With a pronounced quality standard, you ensure the integration measures in the primary labor market are sustainable and to the satisfaction of the referring agencies. With great commitment, you shape the further development of your team. Business administration aspects and active relationship management with clients such as IV, social offices, ALV, and SMEs in Central Switzerland are central. This demanding task requires a personality with

high social and leadership competence

With a university degree in psychology or social work and experience in the field of vocational integration, you bring the necessary foundation. Further training in the areas of leadership and business administration completes your profile. However, your personality will be decisive. You describe yourself as an active, service-oriented, and entrepreneurially acting person who enjoys communicating skillfully.
