Operator Laser & Montage CAY / COM

Your area of responsibility #### • Responsibility for the autonomous operation and maintenance of the laser marking system • Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and qualitatively flawless production process • Setting up, equipping, operating, and monitoring the automated system • Professional clamping and handling of workpieces • Carrying out series and small-series production • Laser processing of metals and plastics, taking into account material behavior • Creating and adapting marking programs • Working with CAD data (DXF, STEP) as well as implementing layouts and positions • First-level support in case of technical deviations or malfunctions on the system • Flexible deployment as a reliever between laser processing and assembly • Precise assembly of miniature connectors with increased requirements • Independent reading and implementation of work papers as well as technical drawings • Providing material, work documents, tools, and fixtures • Carrying out inspections according to specifications as well as final inspection, QS acceptance, and packaging • Recording and feedback of production orders in SAP Your profile #### • Completed technical training (e.g., automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent) • Experience in an industrial environment • Basic knowledge of soft soldering and experience in assembly work • Very good coordination skills in a dynamic environment • High independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility • Exact, structured, and quality-oriented way of working • Resilient, robust personality with a positive and team-oriented attitude • Strong communication skills and willingness to work across departments • Basic SAP knowledge and a basic understanding of programmatic relationships (e.g., CAD applications) are an advantage • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills are a plus • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • Up to 6 weeks of vacation • Company restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness and bath subscriptions • Free parking, charging station for electric vehicles • Generous contribution to the half-fare subscription • Over-obligatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
