PRECI-DIP SA develops and builds its own production means (turning, reaming, assembly and marking machines).

Team Leaders

Your mission

Reporting to our SLC Assembly and Military/Aeronautic production departments, you animate and support your team in order to guarantee its commitment, progression and versatility. You organize and schedule workshop activities, distribute tasks and adapt staffing according to needs. You follow performance indicators, anticipate daily difficulties and implement the necessary corrective actions. You also ensure supply and stock management, compliance with quality, safety and 5S standards, while providing technical support to your employees. Finally, you participate actively in the continuous improvement of the department and collaborate closely with the other team leaders as well as with the relevant services.

Your profile

Holding a CFC in a technical or industrial field, or benefiting from training deemed equivalent, you ideally have a first experience in a production environment. Training as an ES Technician is an asset, but not indispensable. You also possess experience in team management. Recognized for your leadership and your pedagogy, you know how to support and grow your employees. You demonstrate rigor, organization and reactivity, and you know how to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions. You also master common IT tools. Your sense of continuous improvement and your ability to propose concrete solutions will be essential assets to succeed in this position. Flexible, you are willing to work in a 2x8 shift pattern.
