You will help shape the future of learning, coaching, and artificial intelligence at Swisscom. In this role, you are responsible for the further development of our learning and performance platforms and drive innovative solutions in the field of AI-Learning & Coaching. The focus is on KIRA 2.0, a strategic project for using artificial intelligence for the development of our shop employees. At the same time, you will further develop our platform oreo based on Centrical and ensure that new technologies create tangible added value for employees and managers.

• Be responsible for KIRA 2.0 from a learning and coaching perspective
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on the conception & implementation of new technical solutions while ensuring data protection & governance requirements
• Manage features, optimizations, and innovations on Centrical as well as integrate incentives
• Develop prototypes, chatbots, and automations and transfer successful ideas into everyday life

Your skills ##

• Degree (Uni/FH) in Business Administration or Business Informatics or equivalent degree
• Several years of experience in business engineering, product, or project management; practical experience with digital platforms and in working with stakeholders; Mediamatik background is an advantage
• High affinity for technology and systems; experience with tools for artificial intelligence, automation, or scripting is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking skills, curious and willing to learn.
• Ability to think strategically and implement operationally at the same time
• Creation of clear, understandable visualizations and storytelling
• Confident appearance as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and independent way of working as well as a communicative, open-minded manner of approaching others.
• Very good German and English (at least C1 level); French is an advantage
