Plant Operator / Machine Operator (m/f/d) – 3-shift operation

To strengthen a modern industrial company, we are looking for several reliable and motivated plant operators / machine operators (m/f/d). Your tasks: • Independent operation, setup, and monitoring of production systems • Rectifying simple malfunctions as well as forwarding more complex problems to the responsible departments • Ongoing quality controls during the production process and documentation of the results • Identifying and reporting material, machine, or quality deviations • Performing maintenance and cleaning work according to specifications • Recording production data in the system • Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations • Support in the continuous optimization of production processes Your profile: • Completed training as Anlagenführer EFZ or several years of experience in industrial production • Experience working in 3-shift operation • Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B1) • Driving license category B as well as own vehicle or place of residence with good accessibility to the workplace • Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working • High commitment, team spirit, and flexibility Working hours / 3-shift operation: • Early shift: 05:00 – 13:00 (Monday to Saturday) • Late shift: 13:00 – 21:00 (Monday to Friday) • Night shift: 21:00 – 05:00 (Monday to Friday) We offer: • Long-term employment opportunity with prospect of a permanent position • Modern production environment with structured induction • Varied activity in a successful industrial company • Contemporary employment conditions and attractive shift allowances • Personal support during the entire application process Interested?
