Your tasks Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 4 to 5 employees (project managers & designers) Planning, project development, and realization of investment and optimization projects Responsibility for budget planning and cost control within the assigned projects Preparation of technical specifications, functional specifications, and tender documents Review of offers as well as participation in the awarding of supply and service contracts Management and supervision of assembly, conversion, and modernization work Organization and coordination of commissioning as well as accompaniment of plant acceptances Your profile Completed studies as a mechanical engineer FH, Bachelor/Master in mechanical engineering or comparable technical training Several years of professional and project management experience in an industrial environment, ideally from processes in the production industry Several years of leadership experience Solution-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a structured and independent way of working Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form Confident handling of common MS-Office applications; knowledge of CAD, ERP, or project management tools is an advantage We offer We offer you a demanding and varied activity.
