Project Management Lead, Notes and Coins division (m/f; 80% - 100%)

Berne / Permanent employment / hybrid

The Notes and Coins division guarantees the supply of cash in Switzerland. The Technical Assistance organizational unit supports the operational management of this division in the form of a matrix organization. Its main tasks include technical and process-related support as well as project management.

Your mission ##

• Responsibility for the Project Management unit, which comprises five people

(two project managers and staff responsible for the project management office and controlling)

• Technical and methodological leadership; participation in projects concerning infrastructure construction and automation
• Contribution to strategic decision-making bases for division-specific projects
• Responsibility for the development of project management methods and tools
• Participation in the planning of the division's project portfolio
• Responsibility for resource management within the unit

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training in a technical profession
• Studies in engineering, natural sciences or a similar discipline (bachelor from a HES or a university); advanced training in project management
• Solid experience in conducting demanding projects concerning construction and/or automation
• High social and managerial skills, structured and analytical working method, acute sense of responsibility and ability to organize one's own work
• Communication in French or German adapted to recipients and different levels and good understanding of the other language; ability to negotiate in English
