What you bring

Your profile

• Commercial or technical training with additional training in business management or equivalent training
• Specialized knowledge and process skills in the areas of HR (payroll, social insurances [UVG, KTG], absence management) are an advantage
• Mastery of German orally and in writing (French and English are a plus)
• You exceed our expectations even if you already have knowledge of UKA Solutions or CAREMA

• You have good organizational skills and can communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
• You like to combine your negotiation skills and your analytical skills with your ability to persuade.
• You enjoy acquiring knowledge autonomously and creating solutions.
