Your responsibilities ###

• You evaluate requests for payment guarantees for stays in rehabilitation clinics and psychiatric hospitals based on medical criteria and health insurance directives.
• You bring your nursing expertise to handle complex issues and contribute to informed decision-making in accordance with needs.
• You advise acute care hospitals, general practitioners, and insured persons in the choice of suitable rehabilitation facilities.
• You are the preferred interlocutor for service providers for any question relating to the coordination and integration of treatments.
• You participate in projects and working groups and make full use of your field experience.

Your profile ###

• You are a graduate nurse ES/HES or possess an equivalent training.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute care hospital, in the fields of rehabilitation, psychiatry, or case or care management.
• You wish to put your clinical knowledge into practice in a new working environment and evaluate medical situations in their entirety.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of health insurance are strongly desired.
• You communicate professionally, negotiate skillfully, and show self-confidence.
• You possess very good language skills in French and German (level B2); mastery of Italian is an asset.
