Job description
For one of our clients, a high-end private establishment, we are looking for a Butler / VIP Experience Manager.
Your missions
Welcome and accompany VIP clientele with elegance and discretion ;
Anticipate needs and ensure personalized service ;
Ensure the perfect upkeep of VIP spaces ;
Ensure and coordinate food and beverage services ;
Collaborate with the dining room, bar, reception and kitchen teams ;
Occasionally participate in events and private receptions ;
Guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Profile sought
Your profile
You come from a background in hotel-catering, reception or hospitality professions and have proven experience in a high-end environment: luxury hotels, premium catering, private clubs or similar environments.
Previous experience with a private family or VIP clientele constitutes a real asset.
You perfectly master the codes of high-end service and are able to evolve naturally with a clientele accustomed to the highest standards.

Organization
The position involves continuous services, daytime and/or evening depending on the activity.
A certain flexibility is necessary, notably to occasionally ensure services in the evening and on weekends depending on events and activity.
