Missions

Ensure a function as an educator with specific responsibilities:

• Spend part of working time within the team as an educator directly with minors;
• Bear responsibility for the implementation of the educational concept on a daily basis ;
• Ensure planning and coordination tasks ;
• Ensure a daily common thread for the educational team ;
• Represent the residential home to operational partners ;
• Act as the link between management and the educational team ;
• Provide telephone on-call duties during evenings and weekends.

Place of work: Morges.

Schedule: Weekday schedule from Monday to Friday including early evening (19h).

Start date: January 2027 or to be agreed.

Required training:

• HES or ES required ;
• Training in team or project management desired.

Specific skills characterizing the position:

• Willingness and ability to work with children suffering from emotional regulation difficulties, and/or traumas related to complex personal situations ;
• Possess natural authority and a high level of internal security ;
• Ability to analyze and maintain distance in the face of complex situations ;
• Very good organizational and planning skills,
• Proven leadership ;
• Knowledge in psychopathology and experience in a psychiatric environment would be a plus.
