100%, permanent by arrangement Turgi, Zürich Construction Your tasks ## • Independent management and execution of high-rise construction projects • Coordination and leadership of construction site personnel and subcontractors • Scheduling, cost, and quality control • Construction site organization and monitoring • Contact person for builders, architects, and authorities • Deployment and allocation of vehicles, machines, and equipment • Timely creation of intermediate and final invoices • Creation of invoices, final accounts, and construction site documentation Our requirements ## • Completed training in construction (e.g. bricklayer, high-rise draughtsman) with further training as a construction manager / technician HF / site manager • Several years of experience in CH high-rise construction, • Entrepreneurial action and assertiveness • Organizational strength and independent working method • Competent contact person for customers • Expert support and assistance for project teams • Knowledge of common construction software as well as experience in the BIM area is an advantage
