Your tasks

• Advising and supporting employees and managers in all personnel-related matters (recruitment, compensation, development, support, departure)
• Professional support during demanding interviews as well as detection and deduction of needs for action
• Professional support of employees in case of absences and return to work
• Participation in legal clarifications regarding personnel matters and in the implementation of personnel-related measures
• Active participation in the management and control of the overview of activity rates, taking into account contractual, legal, and organizational provisions
• Preparation of decision-making bases and analyses for managers and the school management
• Active participation in the design, implementation, and development of HR processes and projects in the area of personnel | finance

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training with additional training in HR with a federal specialist certificate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and personnel law
• Experience in advising and supporting managers and employees
• Taste for varied operational as well as strategic tasks
• Strong service orientation
• Empathic personality, solution-oriented, pragmatic, capable of networked thinking and acting effectively

Your working environment

At the Centre de formation professionnelle industrielle et commerciale de Zug (GIBZ), 250 employees work: 220 teachers and trainers as well as 30 service employees. Approximately 2100 learners follow courses in 28 different professions of basic training. 200 students follow courses in upper vocational training (HBB) and professional continuing education.
