Therefore, to strengthen our team in Liesberg, we are looking for an Operations Engineer 100% (m/f/d) by agreement. As an Operations Engineer, you will support the Solida production (including packaging) in technical and process engineering issues. You will drive the optimization and further development of production processes and plants and ensure efficient and GMP-compliant operation. Activities: * Technical support and assistance for Solida production as well as identification and implementation of process and plant optimizations. * Ensuring the technical availability of production and infrastructure plants for the timely manufacture of medicines in the required quality. * Processing technical change requests (Change Controls) and managing technical deviations as owner, including root cause analysis and definition of CAPAs. * Planning and leading smaller and medium-sized investment projects (CAPEX) in compliance with costs, deadlines, and GMP requirements. * Creation and maintenance of technical SOPs and work instructions as well as further development of engineering processes. * Preparation and participation in audits and inspections as well as professional representation of the responsible engineering topics, especially Change Controls, Deviations, and engineering processes. * Close cooperation with production, quality, maintenance, other engineering functions, and external service providers. * Ensuring compliance with relevant GMP, safety, and environmental requirements as well as support in qualification activities. Requirement profile: * Completed engineering studies (FH/ETH/University) or further training as a Techniker HF in mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical, or production engineering, or comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in pharmaceutical production. * Experience in the technical support and optimization of production plants as well as in the management of technical projects. * Knowledge of the GMP environment, especially in Change Control, Deviations, and CAPA. * Experience in creating SOPs as well as ideally in the preparation and accompaniment of audits. * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong technical understanding. * Teamwork and communication skills. * Good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
