DIVISION MANAGER ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

Your task

You will assume overall commercial, personnel, and strategic responsibility for the division in the Lake Zurich / Rapperswil area. In doing so, you do not lead from a desk, but are present – with your employees, your customers, and in the market.

Your most important tasks include:

• Leadership, promotion, and further development of your team
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial responsibility for turnover, budget, and earnings
• Further development of the corporate strategy
• Ensuring economical and high-quality project execution
• Active cooperation with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

What you bring

You have sound leadership experience in the electrical industry and understand both the technical and business environments.

Ideally, you bring:

• Further training as an Elektromeister or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in a senior management function
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Joy in developing people and achieving success together
