The internship serves for initial professional experience and, among other things, also for preparation for a bar exam. The internship usually lasts at least 6 months.

Your working environment

We are responsible for criminal proceedings against adults in the Canton of Aargau at the Staatsanwaltschaft Aargau (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/staatsanwaltschaft). We conduct the preliminary proceedings and, in close cooperation with the police, prosecute crimes and criminals. We issue penal orders, file indictments, and represent the state's criminal claim in court.
