Customer Advisor 80-100% (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility: • Professional and solution-oriented communication with customers via telephone and e-mail • Processing and documentation of incoming telephone calls as well as e-mails • Recording of concerns from multi-industry customers and subsequent finding of solutions or forwarding to the corresponding specialist departments • Support in the fulfillment of project goals through goal-oriented and efficient conversation management • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly, empathetic and competent advice Requirements: • Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge • Good understanding of telecommunications • Good communication • Mandatory languages: (oral and written) fluent Swiss German or German with an understanding of Swiss German. English is an advantage • Articulate, motivated, technically savvy, flexible and reliable • Experience in dealing with SAP or comparable systems is an advantage • Good understanding of the work processes in the Contact Center as well as excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Independent, conscientious way of working, as well as strong customer and solution orientation • Availability at 100% during the 4-week training period • The framework conditions for part-time employees (80-100% workload): 5 days per week, working days: Monday – Friday
