Swiss Fibertec AG has been producing carbon precision components and assemblies for over 40 years, particularly for motor racing (mainly Formula 1), aerospace, and other demanding applications.

To expand our production team, we are looking for committed

Craftsmen/Craftswomen (including career changers) as Composite Laminator/Assembler

starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Laminating and processing fiber composite (mostly carbon) tools and finished parts using prepreg/autoclave technology
• Finishing individual parts and assembling complete assemblies
• Model and mold making for serial parts or prototypes for fiber composite components
• Assembly and bonding of components/assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications

Your profile:

• Ideally basic vocational training in a manual trade (e.g., carpenter, boat builder, joiner, technical model maker, tinsmith, etc.)
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Very good spatial awareness
• Clean, exact, and efficient working style
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
• Good German in speaking and writing, English is an advantage
• Eager to learn, interested, and motivated personality
