Your daily routine with us • You assume overall responsibility for the public transport sector (TP) within the Boess group • You directly manage employees as well as team leaders with their teams and promote their professional and personal development • You create clear structures, define objectives and ensure effective collaboration within the sector • You manage demanding projects and overall mandates in the TP field and ensure adherence to costs, deadlines, quality and customer satisfaction • You are responsible for resource planning, workload and prioritization within the sector • You develop skills in a targeted manner, identify market and customer needs at an early stage and develop new areas of activity and skills • You maintain existing customer relationships, develop your network in the TP sector and acquire new mandates • You represent the sector vis-à-vis clients, partners and internal stakeholders • As a member of the management team, you bring your market and leadership experience to the strategic development of the Boess group What you bring • ETH, FH or HF diploma in engineering or technology, preferably in electrical engineering, railway technology, building technology or infrastructure • Additional training in business management, project management or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in managing demanding projects in the TP, infrastructure or electrical engineering fields • Good knowledge of the TP sector as well as the requirements of railways, transport companies and public clients • Experience in managing teams of project managers, team leaders or interdisciplinary teams • Ability to promote people, delegate responsibilities and successfully bring together different specialized disciplines • Entrepreneurial spirit as well as pleasure in customer relations, acquisition and commercial development • Great decision-making ability and overview even in demanding situations • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written; other national languages are an asset Why Boess? ?
