For our tire center in an attractive location directly on Lake Zurich, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Workshop Manager 100 %.
Your tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of our workshop team
Organization and coordination of the entire workshop operation
Deployment and schedule planning of the employees
Active participation in day-to-day business – especially during the tire high season
Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of all work
Quality, work, and safety controls
Optimization of workshop workflows and work processes
Close cooperation with sales and warehouse
Professional and friendly interaction with our customers
Your profile
Completed basic technical training, for example as Automobil-Fachmann/-frau EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker/in EFZ or a comparable technical training
Several years of practical professional experience in the tire, workshop, or automotive sector
Ideally initial leadership experience
Strong technical understanding and joy in practical work
Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and high commitment
Customer- and service-oriented appearance
Very good German skills (C1/C2)
Driving license category B
Readiness to really roll up sleeves together with the team, especially during the high season
