You work in our service center and keep our fleet in good condition as ### What to expect • Technical and personnel management of a group of operational maintenance with 5 to 10 employees in shift operation (depending on shift schedule) • Ensuring and actively supporting the technically correct maintenance of SOB rail vehicles • Compliance with quality and safety standards • Further development of processes, operating resources and processes within the group, including common LEAN methods • Personnel planning according to AZG with special consideration of 7/24 • Ensuring training and further education within the team • Active collaboration with different departments within SOB What you bring • Technical vocational training in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally with further education in these professions • Several years of professional experience in a technical environment (ideally maintenance) • Goal-oriented, resilient leadership personality with organizational skills and constructive assertiveness in a dynamic environment • Pronounced analytical and solution-oriented thinking with independent working methods and ability to communicate complex challenges in a comprehensible way • Empathetic, initiative and loyal team player • IT affinity, experience with SAP an advantage • Willingness for shift work, including night and weekend shifts mandatory • Experience with Lean methods desirable Jasmin Wirtensohn HR Bereichsverantwortliche + 41 58 580 73 07
