The Swiss Center for the Visually Impaired in the professional environment (SIBU) is part of Erlenhof | Zentrum. Visually impaired people learn at SIBU to effectively use individually adapted aids, the key to all professional perspectives. Our clients are the cantonal disability insurance offices.

Due to an imminent retirement in our team, we are looking for, starting 1 January 2027 or by agreement, an

IT Specialist training 80-100 % Intervention zone: greater Zurich area #

Your field of activity:

• Provision of specialized IT teaching in commercial training (HKB-E)
• Implementation of training for the use of IT aids and compensatory working techniques (e.g., individual training at workstations)
• Conducting training for learning touch typing
• Development of individual training plans
• Participation in the development of our concepts and the elaboration of new pedagogical approaches or technical solutions
• After the integration period in Basel, your main place of activity will be primarily in the greater Zurich area; one day per week (Tuesday) you will work in Basel

What you bring:

• Training in IT with complementary pedagogical training or pedagogical training with a complement in IT
• Experience in the field of training or coaching
• High availability for mobility
• Good written expression in German
• Service orientation and professional behavior in client contact
• Good personal organization, social skills and team spirit
