Family-oriented architecture and total construction company in the Sursee / Willisau region, part of a construction and real estate group with architecture, engineering, execution, and real estate under one roof. Second location in Sursee. We design, plan, and realize modern houses and apartments, public buildings and age-appropriate housing, as well as commercial and industrial buildings. The wishes of the client, the location, and economic efficiency are central. Construction management and project management are currently advertised. In addition, an architect is sought who sets up projects design-wise and accompanies them through to realization.

Your tasks

• Feasibility studies, designs, and preliminary projects for single-family houses, multi-family houses, public buildings, and age-appropriate housing
• Co-development of residential and energy projects
• Analytical assessment of plots and project variants
• Building application, project planning, and coordination of specialist planners
• Negotiation with clients, authorities, and offices
• Accompanying demanding projects in execution, schedules, costs, and architectural quality
• Coordination with construction management and internal engineering team

Your profile

• Architect FH/ETH, Technician HF or equivalent, Drafter EFZ with development to project management possible
• Several years of experience in a comparable function
• Confident in design and implementation, not just competitions
• ArchiCAD is an advantage
• Project management, independent, structured, loyal
• Enjoy direct exchange with clients and authorities
• Workload 80 - 100 %
