What you will do ------------------ * Care for and serve our guests from A as in Apéro to Z as in Znüni * Take on leadership responsibility and act as a host and team player * Completion of administrative tasks from marketing and controlling to billing * Planning and organization of various processes and activities * Focusing on food, which includes preparing and presenting the menus yourself. Your place of work ------------------- Together with 14 employees, you surprise up to 450 guests daily at the SV Restaurant Convivo at SFS in Heerbrugg with a diverse offering: creative, seasonal dishes, prepared fresh and varied. You work from Monday to Friday, each between 06:00 and 15:30, depending on the duty roster. On public holidays and at the weekend, the operation remains closed. You work actively during events and caterings. Financials: 1st year of apprenticeship CHF 1'020, 2nd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1'300, 3rd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1'550, 13th month salary, financial participation in school material costs.
