Care and individual promotion of the children in our Kinderkrippe
Active participation in the design and implementation of pedagogical concepts and activities
Collaboration with the team and the parents for the best possible development of the children
Collaboration and support of the team for a smooth process in our Kinderkrippe
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the care environment
Documentation and reflection of the pedagogical work
Your profile:

Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung EFZ (specialization childcare)
Enthusiasm for working with children and their individual promotion
Empathic, patient, and solution-oriented personality
Impeccable reputation and team player mentality
Helpful and committed in the team
Communication skills in dealing with the children, the parents, and in team-oriented cooperation
Willingness for continuous further education and personal development
