Your Task ##

• Planning, construction, configuration, migration, and operation of modern cloud and IT infrastructures
• Administration and further development of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Support and maintenance of virtual servers, networks, and telephony solutions
• Configuration and administration of Cisco Meraki infrastructures
• Supporting the IT team with demanding 2nd and 3rd level support cases
• Analysis of complex malfunctions as well as sustainable troubleshooting and technical consulting
• Active participation in IT projects from requirements analysis and conception to technical implementation
• Development and implementation of contemporary IT security solutions, especially with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Entra ID Conditional Access
• Conception, construction, and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint data structures
• Development and implementation of backup, restore, and recovery strategies
• Creation and maintenance of clean technical documentation
• Supporting the department management as well as taking on responsibility within the Technology Services team

Your Profile ##

• Completed IT vocational training EFZ
• Sound practical experience in the field of IT infrastructure and system engineering
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience with virtual server environments as well as modern network infrastructures
• Good knowledge in the field of IT security
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Entra ID
• Ideally knowledge in the environment of Cisco Meraki
• Experience in software packaging and client management
• A strong understanding of backup, recovery, and data management
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and technically demanding tasks
• A high service and quality orientation
• Team spirit, initiative, and the willingness to take on responsibility
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
• A category B driver's license is an advantage
