We are looking for you as a colleague in the Planning and Disposition team:

Clerk Disposition and Master Data 80 – 100%

Your main tasks

• Disposition of packaging and auxiliary materials including inventory control
• Ensuring the availability of materials, processing of deviations
• Invoice control and processing, including import and customs invoices
• Opening and maintenance of master data
• Planning and managing day-to-day business with external confectionary and distribution partners

You bring with you

• Completed commercial or vocational basic training as well as professional experience in the area of disposition of packaging materials, preferably from a production company
• SAP knowledge (or experience with another ERP system)
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension, affinity for processes and numbers
• Independent, efficient, and reliable way of working; strong communication skills
• Good French and English skills in spoken and written form
