Blumenhaus Buchegg offers a residential home with an integrated day center, a special school with therapies, a boarding school for children and adolescents, and sheltered workplaces for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. Medical therapies round off the offer.

We are looking for a person as of immediately or by arrangement as:

Physiotherapist FH/HF in the special school sector, 70-90%

? Your tasks:

• You undertake the physiotherapeutic assessment, planning, treatment, documentation, and evaluation according to medical prescription.
• You accompany children and adolescents individually and in a resource-oriented manner in their motor development, mobility, and independence.
• You work interdisciplinary with the various specialist departments, relatives, medical professionals, and external agencies.
• You are responsible for the organization and correction of therapeutic aids in medical consultation, such as orthoses, wheelchairs, and standing boards.
• You advise and support the environment of the children and adolescents regarding physiotherapeutic questions and in dealing with aids.
• You contribute your specialist knowledge to meetings, team meetings, as well as to the further development and quality assurance of physiotherapy.
• You have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the physiotherapeutic specialist department.

? What you bring:

• You have a recognized, completed training as a Physiotherapist FH/HF.
• Ideally, you have practical experience and/or further training in (neuro-)pediatrics or in the special education sector.
• You bring an interest in working with children and adolescents with cognitive and multiple disabilities.
• You are familiar with different pediatric clinical pictures or are motivated to familiarize yourself with them.
• You deal with challenging behavior as well as short-term changes in everyday work in a resilient and flexible manner.
• You work independently, responsibly, and at the same time enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
• You are ready to contribute actively and to develop professionally and personally.

You have a lot of room for initiative and flexible work design, as well as the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of the specialist department. During the school holidays, you are off work, seven of which are paid. In addition, we support your professional development through internal and external further training.

From the beginning of 2027, we will move into our new building with spacious therapy rooms, modern working conditions, and plenty of room for your professional and personal development.
