You will start with us as a Project Manager Electrical in our service department in Zug and take responsibility for your projects, our customers, and the employees deployed.
At the same time, we are already thinking about the future: As part of our succession planning, you have the perspective of developing into the management of the Zug sub-area in the medium term. For this purpose, you will be gradually introduced to additional leadership and profit responsibility.

• You independently lead and coordinate service and electrical projects from planning to successful completion.
• You are responsible for the technical, scheduled, and economic processing of your projects.
• You prepare offers, calculations, and invoices and keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality.
• You look after our existing customers and continue to expand long-term customer relationships.
• You recognize additional customer needs and actively support the acquisition of new orders.
• You coordinate the deployment of employees and ensure efficient project processing.
• You ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards.
• You contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of the Zug sub-area.
• With a view to the planned succession, you will gradually take on additional leadership, customer, and profit responsibility.

What defines you.

• Completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or a comparable electrotechnical training
• Further training in the field of electrical project management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management in the electrical sector
• Experience in coordinating employees as well as interest in taking on additional leadership responsibility in the future
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Joy in looking after and developing customers as well as a strong service mindset
• Organizational talent and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident and reliable appearance towards customers and employees
• Motivation to develop professionally and personally and to take on responsibility for a sub-area in the medium term
• Driver's license category B
