L-EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalized reception for 82 female and male residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the l-EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a Child Life Center, and two colleges. L-EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days/7, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is entirely secured.

In order to reinforce our Psychogériatrie 1 service at EMS Parc de Beausobre, CDI from 01/11/2026

YOU POSSESS

• A healthcare assistant or nursing assistant diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and Accompagnateur en psychiatrie de l'âge avancé (FAP), an asset
• Successful experience in geriatrics or geriatric psychiatry
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, an asset
• Dynamism, motivation and a good capacity for adaptation

• Participate in the adaptation and maintenance of the resident's environment with their collaboration
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care process for residents
