In the decentrally organized regional offices, we mainly mediate medical-therapeutic trips between clients and our volunteers. Additionally, the four regional offices are responsible for further regional services of the Schweizerisches Rotes Kreuz Kanton Aargau.

What you can move

• You ensure that our transport service functions reliably, and coordinate trips with foresight and organizational talent.
• You are in close contact with our customers, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
• You plan, coordinate, and administer the assignments of our volunteer drivers.
• You support the Regionalstelle Baden with your organizational skills during courses, events, and administrative processes.
• You bring structure to data, reports, damage cases, and reminders, thereby making an important contribution to smooth operations.

What you bring with you

• You communicate confidently in German and maintain an overview even in a lively daily work routine.
• You enjoy organizing, work reliably, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You are resilient, flexible, and can act calmly and solution-oriented even in hectic situations.
• You have a basic commercial education or several years of experience in the administrative field.
• You bring good MS Office user knowledge.
• Experience in dispatching and customer care is an advantage.
