In our established real estate and architecture company in the Zürcher Oberland, we offer an exciting professional challenge. To strengthen our dynamic management team, we are looking for an independent, team-oriented, and assertive personality for the position as Real Estate Manager per 1. November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a portfolio in rental management (commercial and residential)
• Coordination of maintenance, upkeep, and repair orders
• Preparation and execution of apartment viewings, apartment inspections, and handovers
• Ensuring market-oriented rental of the properties
• Written and personal exchange with owners, craftsmen, and authorities
• Creation of rental agreements and statements
• Minimization of vacancies
• General administrative management tasks
• Assistance in the optimization of processes / digitalization
• Correspondence, administration, and telephony
• Review of annual financial statements and budgets in cooperation with the accounting department
• Creation of service charge statements in cooperation with the accounting department

Your profile

• Several years of experience in management and good knowledge of rental law
• Commercial or equivalent training
• Experience in the field of real estate accounting
• Affinity for numbers as well as proficient use of MS-Office 365
• Confident use of the real estate software W&W ImmoTop2
• High level of independence, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, independent, and exact way of working
