Senior Requirement Engineer (80-100 %)

• IT - Software Engineering • Luzern • Contracting • Part-time, 80-100% • asap - 31.12.2026 with option for extension • Requirements Engineering, agile Your tasks: • Recording, analysis and specification of technical and professional requirements in an agile environment • Support in structuring and further development of product roadmaps and their transfer into implementable work packages • Close collaboration with departments, architecture, UX and development to ensure clear requirements and decision-making bases • Moderation of workshops, consultations and requirement refinements with various stakeholders • Creation and maintenance of user stories including acceptance criteria as well as support in planning and review activities • Ensuring traceable documentation of requirements, processes and decisions • Support in defining and validating test cases as well as accompanying acceptance activities • Identification of optimization potential in processes and active participation in their implementation • Maintenance of relevant artifacts and documentation in the used collaboration and project management tools Your profile: • Several years of experience in requirements engineering or business analysis in agile development environments • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe or comparable frameworks • Ability to analyze, structure and implement complex professional requirements • Understanding of modern software development processes and technical contexts • Safe handling of Jira and Confluence; knowledge of further modeling or design tools is an advantage • Experience in creating and refining user stories, features and backlog elements • Pronounced communication and moderation skills in dealing with different stakeholders • High degree of initiative, structured way of working and pronounced problem-solving competence • Ability to recognize and drive connections across team and department boundaries • Experience in regulated industries or in the insurance environment is an advantage • Fluent German and English skills
