Joining our Health team means participating in a diverse, open and flexible professional culture offering great opportunities for personal development and career evolution across the planet.   Your role:Within the Technical and Digital Operations (TDO) department of the Aubonne site, your mission is to:Plan, coordinate and manage the operation and maintenance activities (Curative, preventive, corrective and during shutdowns/shut downs) of the Utilities & HVAC/Refrigeration facilities.Be the point of contact for the various stakeholders of the site for Utilities/HVAC&Refrigeration needs.Manage the follow-up in the CMMS of maintenance activities (maintenance plans, ranges, work orders).Manage the quality of the maintenance perimeter: deviations, CAPA, CCP on TrackWise, problem solving (A3/DMAIC) related to the maintenance process.Participate in continuous improvement, equipment reliability (reliability, obsolescence) and the monitoring of maintenance KPIs.Provide Maintenance resource support on CAPEX projects and contribute to energy efficiency (ISO 50001) and safety (EHS) objectives.Ensure the backup of the maintenance manager on operational and administrative aspects. Your profile:Engineering degree or Specialist (mechanical, thermal, process or generalist).3 years minimum of experience in industrial maintenance or equipment projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Solid knowledge of cGMP, Utilities / HVAC and maintenance tools (CMMS/SAP).Mastery of risk analysis and problem solving methods (FMECA, A3, DMAIC).Mastery of French (fluent) and English (intermediate level).Soft skills: Result-oriented, ability to collaborate, spirit of initiative and good communication. What we offer: we are curious minds, coming from varied backgrounds and diverse perspectives and life experiences.
