Heating Project Manager 80-100% Mission: Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise heating projects, mainly within the framework of energy retrofits and the replacement of existing installations with heat pumps. Ensure the preparation and proper execution of construction sites in compliance with deadlines, quality, costs and safety requirements. Coordinate human resources, material resources and the various stakeholders (technical-sales, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors and assembly teams) in order to guarantee the smooth running of projects. Ensure the administrative management and financial monitoring of construction sites (reports, measurements, time sheets, cost control, technical documentation, etc.). Be the reference interlocutor for clients, architects, property management companies, project owners and partners throughout the entire implementation phase. Provide technical expertise in the fields of heat pumps, heat distribution systems and modern energy solutions, by proposing solutions adapted to renovation constraints. Participate in the training, supervision and skill development of employees and apprentices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and ensure the application of standards as well as compliance with health and safety rules. Profile: CFC as a heating installer or training deemed equivalent, higher education (federal certificate of project manager, foreman or equivalent training) being an asset. Confirmed experience in the management and conduct of heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy retrofitting. Solid technical knowledge of modern heating systems, in particular heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings. Comfort in the financial monitoring of construction sites and resource management. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and to manage priorities efficiently. Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to unite teams around common goals. Customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for sustainable technical solutions. Sensitivity to the challenges of the energy transition and a marked interest in new heating technologies. Proficiency in standard IT tools. Driving license indispensable.
