Ref. no.:  CH01378 Employment type:  Full-time Contract type:  Permanent contract WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU • Supervision of internal development and investment projects of RWM Schweiz AG and RWM GmbH in the medium caliber portfolio with a technical focus • Monitoring of requirement management in all development-relevant aspects, especially in internal projects and towards subcontractors • Planning and execution of design reviews as well as coordination of project and acceptance meetings (internal and customer-side) • Planning of internal qualifications while ensuring the coordination of all relevant stakeholders • Support in the elaboration of strategies taking into account manufacturing, resource, and export law framework conditions/specifications • Ongoing tracking of all projects and ensuring the transparency and up-to-dateness of all project metrics in the PM platform • Guaranteeing reporting obligations towards RWM GmbH and RWMS incl. regular, audience-appropriate reporting of specific projects in the specified depth of detail • Participation in economic and market analyses in cooperation with the corresponding specialist departments WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING • Completed technical studies or comparable qualification, preferably with a specialization in design • Several years of practical experience in the area of operations is an advantage, ideally with a military technology background • Professional experience in project management with a technical focus • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form • Readiness for business trips as well as short-term stays abroad • Strong organizational talent as well as the ability to coordinate complex technical projects in a structured manner and maintain an overview • Independent, goal-oriented and flexible way of working with high adaptability in a dynamic project environment • Strong communication, assertive personality with experience in moderating project and stakeholder meetings • Team-oriented way of working as well as the ability to coordinate and successfully bring together interdisciplinary stakeholders WHAT WE OFFER YOU • 40-hour week (plus 1 hr. advance time for bridge days) • 5 - 6 weeks vacation (depending on age) • 100% continued payment of wages in case of illness up to max. 730 days • Annual salary review process (internal and external salary comparison according to function and age) • Promotion of need-based further training • Company pension fund We need your consent to load the YouTube service! ### In order to play YouTube videos, a connection to YouTube must be established.
